Shipping and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Art-Brush! We're committed to providing you with the best possible shopping experience. Please read our shipping and refund policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.  Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

Shipping Methods:

• We currently offer standard shipping within the United States only.

• Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your chosen shipping destination.

Shipping Rates:

• Free Domestic Standard (5-7 business days) by USPS for open edition prints and wearable art t-shirts.

• Domestic Standard (5-7business days) $8.00 for all other items.

• Domestic Express (2-3 business days) $32.00.

Cancellations:

Once an order is submitted and processing begins, the order cannot be canceled.

Returns:

We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

• All items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging (if applicable).

• Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Process:

Contact us at support@art-brush.com with your order number and reason for the return. The return shipping cost for a damaged or incorrect item is to be covered by us; customers will be responsible for all other returns. For a damaged order, submit a clear photo showing the issue. We will assist in filing a claim with the shipping provider.

Once we receive the returned item(s) and confirm they are in original condition, you will receive a refund within 5-10 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used by customers.
